We have portfolio of 15 brands which are: L’Oréal Paris; Maybelline New York; Garnier; L’Oréal Professionel; Kérastase Paris; Matrix; Lancôme; Biotherm; Shu Uemura; Yves Saint Laurent; Kiehl’s; parfum Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, and Diesel; and The Body Shop which is distributed through PT Monica Hijau Lestari. Consumer Products Division The Consumer Products Division’s mission is universal: to offer the best in cosmetics innovation to the greatest number of people in Indonesia with our 3 brands which are L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline and Garnier. They are available in all mass-market channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, drugstores and traditional stores). The division is the spearhead of the group’s quest to win over a further billion consumers. We invite the qualified candidates to join us as: Sales Leader Development Program 2014 Brand/Division : Multi-brand Consumer Function : Retail Sales Employees Location : DKI Jakarta - Jakarta Country : Indonesia Employment Type : Full - Time Position Type : Permanent (long term /no fixed end date) Required Education : Bachelor (Undergraduate) Position Description To carry out Sales Operation specific projects and assignments as part of a planned integration and development programme; acquire knowledge and skills to prepare for future responsibilities in Sales Operation Consumer Product Division. • Actively participate in the activities of the department (e.g. meetings, conferences, projects) • Meet sales objectives set for “stage route” (field sales) period • Meet project/assignment objectives • Prepare “notes d’étonnement” (individual memos) for management to bring a personal perspective to markets, competition, L’Oréal product positioning and organization. • carry-out intensive learning with a combination of classroom, advance training and on the job training which will further enhance your capability as a sales person Profile •Bachelor degree with 2.90 of GPA •Major or Minor in Business, Marketing or Sales would be preferable •Maximum 2 years working experience •Strong interest in a sales career •Have passion and availability to relocate and travel Taking also into account following criteria / profile : •Good analytical skill •High self-esteem proven with very high flair on communication skills •Participated in leadership activities, which may include an On/Off-campus leadership position/s •Pressure resistance and self-starter •Good level of English How to Apply ?
